Highly Recommend for Sleep

My wife and son both struggle with getting and staying asleep, probably because of anxiety. I had a friend recommend this drink mix and they have been taking it every night before bed. There has been a dramatic increase in the quality of their sleep. My wife has reported deeper sleep then she has had in a long time and my son is finally falling asleep instead of playing in his bed for hours. Perfect Way To Unwind

Before Supercalm I couldn't really do caffeine before because it made me too jittery and anxious which sucks because I love coffee, but now I can have caffeine and supercalm and have no jitters!! I’ve been trying to take ashwagandha, L-Theanine, magnesium, and vitamin D regularly but to have it all in one is amazing! It tastes good too!!

I was looking for something to tame my agitation and snappiness towards the end of the day. We have three small kids and I often feel stressed especially during that “witching hour” starting around 4-5pm. Making one drink mixture of this made me feel calm and mellow so quickly it led me to leave this review! I have now tried this on several occasions and am a true believer in this product! I only need one packet. It effectively helps me mellow out and remain peaceful during sibling quarrels/temper tantrums etc that otherwise would cause distress.

Not super calming, but good!

I have been enjoying these. They are convenient for travel and taste very good. I don’t notice them making me feel too relaxed, but knowing I’m getting vitamins feels good and I feel great after drinking. Very content with my purchase.

I love the taste of Nello Supercalm, I take it every evening an hr before bed and its amazing i get a goos night sleep. Convenient packaging, dissolves easily! The blue coconut flavor tastes & smell’s delish!!

If you have ADHD, this review is for you!

So tasty!! I’ve order this multiple times. The raspberry lemonade and blue coconut are fantastic flavors. Mixes very well! There is a very very small amount the doesn’t mix in, but I’ve had many powdered drinks before and this is one is one of the very best dissolvable powders. Digests well and works as intended.As someone with ADHD, I really struggle with going to bed on time. I bought this to help me get to bed earlier. I would say that as someone who really fights going to bed on time, this hasn’t helped me move my bed time very much. So that is still a work in progress, but this is now part of my bed time routine which is a step in the right direction! However, I wear an Apple Watch to bed every night to track my sleep quantity and quality, and this has improved my sleep quality- I get more deep sleep now! Deep sleep is so important for mental health in general. So if you have ADHD and are also trying to make a bedtime routine, this is a great thing to help get deeper sleep and get some more hydration before bedtime as you continue to build the habit.

Mom's sleepytime drink!

Great product! I can tell a difference with my sleep quality when I consistently drink these before bedtime. I fall asleep quicker, sleep harder, and feel more rested with consistant use. I use a shaker bottle because sometimes the powder settles on the bottom and doesn't mix up as well. I've tried a few different flavors and the raspberry lemonade is my favorite!

Tastes amazing

Flavor is so good and I think it’s actually working! I feel so relaxed after drinking it and sleep way better in the night. I do think it’s helping with my bloating as well! Awesome
